Nicole Lincoln is a Director of Digital Strategy at Ignite Visibility and loves the creativity, strategy, and competition that comes along with being a part of the SEO industry. Since the industry changes on almost a daily basis, she strives to be on top of the latest trends. Nicole earned a business degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2008, and graduated with a Masters from George Mason University in 2010. She is certified in Google Analytics and came to Ignite in 2016 with over 8 years of experience in marketing, SEO, and digital communications.

When Nicole’s not at work, she is either training indoors for weekend rock climbing trips or surfing San Diego’s local surf spots.

Danelle Conlon is a Director of Product Management at Ignite Visibility. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of California San Diego and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Point Loma Nazarene University. Danelle started at Ignite Visibility as a Jr. Project Coordinator in 2014.

Working directly with John Lincoln, Ignite Visibility CEO, on some of the largest, prestigious, and most complex clients in Ignite Visibility’s portfolio put Danelle on a path of rapid growth.

Danelle has a tremendous amount of experience setting the strategy on a variety of websites, including local business, international, multi-lingual, B2B, and eCommerce, as well as managing projects for large websites and brands.

Jen Cornwell is an SEO Digital Strategist at Ignite Visibility with a passion for digital marketing, specializing in local SEO, lead generation and content marketing. After living in Upstate New York for 23 years, Jen moved to San Diego and traded snow for surf. Jen completed her undergraduate studies at University at Buffalo, SUNY with a BFA in Communication Design, then attended Syracuse University where she completed her MS in Advertising. With her four years of design, advertising and marketing experience, Jen has been able to work in both the traditional and digital worlds of advertising, with digital marketing providing the most rewarding experience

Outside of work, Jen spends her time exploring and enjoying sunny San Diego, including regular visits to Balboa Park, spending the weekends at the beach and exploring local hiking spots.
